| During the past decade, I have worked courses with a wide range of turf species and weather conditions including Tampa, FL, Cleveland, OH, and the greater Philadelphia Area. In my experience, despite differences in style and conditions, all the professionals with whom I've worked have shared these solid fundamentals: Planning, Execution, Personnel Management, Time Management, Big Picture Planning with Attention to Detail , and Communication.
